Return Policy
Custom products my not be returned for any reason, other
than manufacturers defects. If this should occur, the product must be returned
in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Standard hardware in
original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus a 25%
restocking fee.

indicating the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as
